Amir Khan (born 8 December 1986) is a British talented boxer and two-time former world champion, having held the WBA and IBF light welterweight titles. Presently holds the WBC Silver welterweight title and has battled at three weight classes: lightweight, light welterweight, and welterweight.
Khan is the youngest British Olympic boxing medalist, winning silver at the 2004 Athens Olympics, at 17 years old. He is additionally one of the youngest ever British title holders, winning the WBA light welterweight title at 22 years old. The International Business Times positioned him the eighth best pound for pound boxer in 2011
As a novice, he scored striking wins more than two-time Olympic gold medalist Mario Kindelán and future best on the planet Victor Ortiz. As an expert, Khan holds prominent wins more than nine titles
