Taliban decline to be part of Peace talk offered by USA

The United States on Monday restored its speak to the Taliban to join peace talks and said Afghan and U.S. strengths would need to set themselves up for the possibility of expanded brutality in the spring and summer if the radical gathering did not consent to negotiation.

The Taliban said on Saturday it would not join in peace talks facilitated by agents of Afghanistan, Pakistan, China and the United States, giving occasion to feel qualms about endeavors to resuscitate arrangements.

State Department representative John Kirby said the United States upheld a call by Afghan President Ashraf Ghani for the radical Islamists to join chats with the Kabul government.
